Looking for a Good Church in the Goodyear Area

My Fiance works in Palo Verde. Welcome to the area. You will find the west Valley is very nice. Anyway, I attend St. Thomas Aquinas. It's a Catholic church. I am not sure what your denomination is. St. Thoams is very family friend and they have a mom's group. I am also a teacher at the Agua Fria Union High school and they are always looking for people.

Yes there is one called Skyway. It is on Van Buren Rd. East of Estrella parkway. It is really large but my whole family goes to it and we love it. My husband also works at the nuclear plant. I hope you have good luck and that is a Baptist church by the way. I dont know what religion you are.

My famly goes to Christ Presbyterian. We are building a brand new church so we are currently attending worship at the Acacia Masonic Lodge at 1015 N. 8th St Avondale(South of Van Buren, Dysart becomes 8th). Our Pastor is Rev. Bob Simmons and the church number is ###-###-####. Church is currently at
9:30 a.m. Once our new church is complete they will go back to 8:30 & 10:30 worships. It's such a special place. Come join us. God bless you in your search where ever it may take you. A. J.

Hey, B.. I don't know exactly where in Goodyear you are, so my church might be kind of a drive, but I attend The Life church in Surprise and I know I'd drive quite a ways to get to it each week. My family and I started going about 9 months ago and since then, we've developed satisfying fellowship with good friends in Christ and we've been able to get involved at just the right level for us. The people are generally non-judgmental, warm, kind and giving and I've never felt more at home at any church. We're currently meeting at Countryside Elementary at Greenway and Parkview.
