Dr. Douglas Stafford in North Dallas, located on Walnut Hill near 75 Central is an excellant doctor. He is very thorough, and has great referrals for extended medical care. He was mention in D-Magazine the past 3 years as being one of the best family doctors in Dallas. His number is ###-###-####.
Another great doctor is Dr. Joan Donely at Dallas Diagnostics in Plano. She specializes in internal medicine as well as family medicine.
Good luck.

Hi V.,
I'm also in the Garland area but my family doctor is in Rowlett and I LOVE them! There's a man and woman there but I know the woman recently had a baby so I'm not sure how long she'll be gone. My kids also go there and they both LOVE the doctors to.
Dr. Weldon Johnson is the doctors name and Brooke is the PA that works there. They're both fantastic caring people who truly take the time to determine what's wrong with you.
I can't say enough good things about these doctors...I've had my share of searching for a good doc for me and my kids and I'm finally happy with whom we found and plan to use them as long 'as theyre in business.

Dr Salazar @ White Rock Family Clinic, he is so great and caring. They really listen and answer all questions. I went to him when my son was born 14 months ago and love -him. Usually by now I've gone thru 3 docs like w/my daughter but i love him. there number is ###-###-####, good luck. He is DO so I see him as well. Also they call you at home and if they need to see the baby instead of going to ER they will meet you at the office if it's after hours if they are able and it doesn't like an emergency. There is another doc there with him and he is great also. You wont be disappointted I have referred alot of my friends and they all switched to him. Enjoy your new addition.

I am not sure where you live, but i live in forney and my fam8ily doctor (wesley wilson's office, see dr janley appleton) is awesome. I have 2 yr old twins and an 8 yr old with adhd. She specializes in everything and is so down to earth and personal with her patients that i have her cell number and see her outside of the office. If you live near rockwall, then dr bang is awesome. We use to use him but we moves further away. And then closer to dallas if you need a women doctor, thrn chad simmons. You might have to wait, but damn it is worth every penny. He got me through a lot of marital issues and all kinds of problems when i was pregnant and after. I see him to this day

Hi V.,
We go to Benchmark Family Medicine in Rowlett. We have HMO insurance so looking for a doc was hard, but we love this place, and the whole family sees Dr. Parker there. I like it because they have a night clinic and weekend clinic too, which has been great especially since I work during the day. Sometimes I think it would be better to have a pediatrician, but it is nice that we all see the same doctor.

Me and my family also go to the Benchmark family practice in Rowlett. Our doctor is Beau Meyer but I have also seen many of the other doctors in the Practice. We have been going there for over 11 years. (they have moved and changed practices several times to better serve their patients!) The entire staff, office personnel and doctors are there for you, not themselves as you could find elsewhere. It is a very caring environment! I have recommended many of my friends, they too have been very happy with this group of doctors. They accept most insurance and medicare/mediaid.
