We use a great ENT for our son but I know they handle adults also.

They are in manassas at the Prince william hosiptal.

Hi there! I had a very similar problem and whenever I get sick it turns into a sinus infection that lasts forever!! This last time that I was sick (for 3-4 months) I was referred to an ENT in Manassas- Dr. Lim. I can't remember his phone number off the top of my head but I could look it up for you. He has an office in Manassas by the post office and one in Gainesville too. I really liked him and after seeing him my sinuses cleared up in a few days!! I'll definately go back to him if I have trouble again! Hope this helps and hope you are feeling better soon!

Dr. Lim whom is in Manassas. Perhaps one of the best doctors we have ever been too....really takes his time to talk to you, very honest, very thorough. He was recommended to us and I have never been so impressed with ANY doctor so much. :)A.

I, too, was told in 1997 that I would need surgery following 9 months of sinus infections that wouldn't go away. But my grandmother told me to rinse with salt water. I was desparate & gave it a shot. It worked! Go buy a netti pot and give it a try. I like making homemade salt water using iodine-free salt b/c I can't stand the bitter aftertaste of the preservatives in the pre-made saline rinses. Sorry to hear about all your suffering. We've been through that with my 2yo daughter. Both my kids have been seeing an ENT in Fairfax. We love Belinda Mantle but I'm not sure she does adults. The practice on a whole is awesome. Dr. Rubenstein is great too and he is adults only. The # is ###-###-####. They are located in the Yorktown 50 building off of Rt 50.

For a PCP, I highly recommend Broadlands Family Practice in Ashburn. The doctors are relatively young, the practice is tech saavy, and they seem to take a well-person approach. Best family care provider I have ever had. Unfortunately out of your way, but maybe worth it.

From reading some of the other responses - Shannon S recommended Belinda Mantle - she's with Otolaryngology Associates. We also go to her for my 2 1/2 year old. Dr. Mantle did our daughter's ear tubes and is wonderful. We are heading to see her again this week to have her adenoids checked out (I am afraid they are enlarged - causing her to have problems sleeping). I am also not sure if Dr. Mantle sees adults, but there are many other ENTs in the practice - it's definitely worth a call - 703/573-7600.

I also have chronic sinusitis. I had surgery on my sinuses about 3 years ago. My ENT is Dr. Richard Gardner. He is part of an ENT group in Manassas. He is really good and so is his team. I don't have his info with me right now, but you can google the info.

Dr. bahadori in fairfax off of arlington road is the specialist for like 30 people I know and we love him!!!!he has been written up about a lot for being so great!he belongs to the office belowthat so many people below mentioned. (otolyngology associates with rubenstein, mcbride and bahadori)
