Hi J.,
I found a great contractor/handyman who works in the Dallas area. His name is Dean and his business is Family and Home (www.familyandhome.biz). His cell number is ###-###-####. I can't say enough good things about him --- his estimate was competitive, the work was perfect, and he stuck to his estimate despite the fact that the job, I'm sure, took more effort than expected. I definitely plan to use him again.

I just enclosed my patio last year for a playroom for my son. I used a man named Randy (I forget the name of his business!). He was very reliable and did a great job for me. He has subs working for him but he also did some of the work himself. He is now working in Louisiana part of the time, but feel free to call him and give my name. His cell number is ###-###-####. Good luck!!

My husband works in the construction business and knows several contractors he can refer you too. You can call him at ###-###-####. His name is Sean and I already told him someone might be calling him about this. Good luck in your new home.

My my husband ownes a fence and home improvement company. I'm not sure if they could close in the room, but he could do the deck. He does free estimates, let me know if you would be interested.
