Check out these resorts in Jamaica. They give you a nanny and are all inclusive. I've never been but saw a post from another mom on here about it. I wish I was going! I have also been to the Virgin Islands several times and they are wonderful but I'm not sure if they any all inclusive resorts. The water there is beautiful!

We stayed at the Barcelo Maya in Riviera Maya, Mexico, like an hour south of Cancun, we loved it! The beach was so pretty, they cleaned the seaweed off the beach every morning, it was all inclusive.

The Grande Caribe Real in Cancun was wonderful and it's all inclusive. The beaches in the Turks & Caicos islands are white sand with turqouise blue water but I am unsure about all-inclusive resorts, we stay in a house. I know that they do have a Beaches resort and MANY families visit so you could look into it. HTH
