Mom's Landscaping is in Victoria. They did our landscaping about 10 years ago. It wasn't cheap, but they did a good job.

We use a service called Jose Pereze Landscaping and he would be perfect for this type of job. His number is ###-###-#### (cell... he'll answer). We've had him for 5 years and he also plows our driveway during the winter. We had an issue with the quality of mow this year (one of his new crews) one phone call and that was fixed - so he's on top of things! I forgot to mention - he's VERY reasonable. Good luck.
