Know Anything About the Acne Prescription Benzaclin?

I am wondering if anyone can tell me their experiences with the prescription acne cream called Benzaclin. My doctor has just prescribed it to me for moderate acne. Thanks.

What can I do next?

I also definitely recommend trying Arbonne International's Clear Advantage line! If you want to check it out, you can go to: www.mandyolsen.myarbonne.com. Good luck finding something that works for you! Take care, M.

Hi Stacy,

I also struggle with cystial acne and have tried everything. I finally went to the dermotalogist and she put me on Benz. It works great for me. I also recommend over the counter Cetaphil face wash and moisturizer. I used to spend lots of money on special cleansers, but this by far has been the best.

If it is anything like benzimycin not sure of spelling it's great, but if you don't want to bother going to the doctor for this everytime you need to I highly recommend KLEAR Action. It is like a generic of Proactive only you can pick it up at Walgreens for only $20.00. It's a package of 3 bottles, cleanser, toner, and repair lotion. In my opinion it is a miracle. Since I was a teen I have had the kind of acne that was like systs. I am 47 now and still suffer from it but you would never know because this stuff keeps it away. At first it gets a little worse, I think because it draws the acne out and then it gets better, then gone. You have to use it at least twice a day. It also dose not make me itch like some acne meds. do. I do have very sensitive skin. If you stick to what you got at the docs. it may get a little worse at first too but hang in their it will probably get better.
Good Luck,
Lonie

HI S.
I am not familiar with that medication. However, i was put on something for acne by my dermatologist about 5 years ago. Nothing worked! He had 2 creams and an antibiotic. Anyway, I then had a friend share Arbonne with me and that is the only thing that worked. I've been using it ever since! About 2 years ago, I decided building my Arbonne business. If you aren't ready to go the perscription route and you'd like to try the Arbonne system, risk free, let me know. I can promise you, I can help with your acne (and in a much safer way w/o persriptions)

I am a huge activist on ingredients in products. You can find information on that by going to EWG.org and you can look it up, you can also look it up in an online encyclopedia!
I use an anti-acne system called Zap-it a natural approach to acne. For the 4 step system it is only $14.99 a month. Totally afforable.
