Knology or Bright House for Phone/tv/cable in Clearwater

I live in Tampa and we have had verizon (w/ many, many problems and really bad customer service) for our business and home. We decided to go w/ Brighthouse for internet first. They came out very quickly and had great customer service-long story short we now have brighthouse for cable/phone/tv for 1/2 of what we were paying before w/ mulitple providers. They always come out w/in 2 weeks unlike other companies-I am very happy w/ them!

We have Brighthouse- haven't had any problems at all. I have heard terrible things about Knology. My husband actually works for Brighthouse, he could set up your cable/phone/internet for you at anytime you need. In fact, my husband says half of their customers are people who had Knology and hated it. If you do decide to go with Brighthouse, contact me and he'll set you guys up anytime. Good luck!

I am also new to the area and while we were looking for a home to buy we rented (at two seperate locations because one of our house deals fell through). At both places I had problems with Brighthouse and the on demand channels. They seem to be pretty good about giving you a credit for the days you don't have complete service, but it is a pain when you want to put on shows for the kids and it doesn't work. I don't know anything about Knology, but I have had nothing but problems with Brighthouse. My kids are the same age as yours, and I know how hard it is to be new to an area with kids so if you ever want to get together, let me know. My kids love the beach!

Brighthouse, Brighthouse, Brighthouse. They are wonderful. The customer service is as good as the service itself and that is saying a lot! My family and I love Brighthouse. We have had our cable, DVR box and internet through them for over two years now with no complaints only praises. My Mom had Knology and got a lot of static channels and other problems.

Bright house. We have them for internet and phone and they were not only cheaper, we have never had an issue with them. If our internet goes down and is not up within a reasonalble time, they credit us for the time it was down.

We've always had Brighthouse and have never had a problem. In fact, we just switched over our phone and high speed internet to them, too, and got a pretty good deal for going through them for all three services. ($99/month + tax for all three) We occasionally have a problem with the On Demand channels, too, but it's never anything that I haven't been able to solve on my own just by resetting the box.

I have no knowledge or experience with Knology, but my husband works for DirecTV, and well... We have Brighthouse. ;) (ha!)
