Kitchenaid Architect II Series Double Ovens... Appliances?

Agree with Meaghan H 1000%. My husband AND sister have been involved in the appliance game and both would say the same thing. Never a complaint on a KitchenAide. I, on the other hand, worked for GE and I wouldn't buy anything from them for your same reasonings....

I did find an incredible deal on a Jenn-Air double convection oven and wouldnt trade it for anything....

I have to briefly defend GE as far as quality of appliances - we had a GE fridge in our last house (left it there when we move as it "went") and have a GE profile in our new house and had no issues (knock on wood). Kitchenaid - seems like you can't go wrong with that! We ended up with a smaller budget so we got frigidaire for our other appliances (DW, stove, microwave) and GE profile for the fridge - have been happy.

I have them and love them but don't get black for the range top - it is so hard to clean!

My hubby sells appliances and swears up and down by Kitchen Aid. He says he has very few complaints about them, and if we had to put in all new appliances, that's what we would buy. On the other hand, he HATES GE. He won't flat out tell a customer that, but he will definitely steer them toward another brand. His other three top of the line favs are Bosch, Samsung, and Electrolux. Hope this helps and good luck!
