Kids Crafts - Anchorage,AK

Hi Moms-

My almost 6 year old is really getting into crafts! I want to find a website (or book) for ideas of new things to create. Please share your favorite website for fun activities to do with my kiddo's!

Many of these are kids crafts and can be made more or less complicated based on the child.

Basically I am blogging about crafts I find that I like and if I get readers awesome, no readers, at least I know where those tutorials are!

I love family fun magazine. They have amazing crafts and fun things to do. I am certain they have a website too. Check it out. Lots of great ideas!

a few sites I've used are http://www.dltk-kids.com/ and http://familyfun.go.com/

For books - check out your local public library - if your library uses the Dewey system, the kids crafts books would be in the juvenile non-fiction section under call number 745.5

as soon as school was out i found myself typing "bored kids" in the google searchbar. so many great sites come up! go to a furniture/appliance store and get some big boxes. it will keep him/her busy for days.
