Does anyone have a kid friendly chicken recipe??? I’m in such a food rut and bought lots of boneless skinless chicken last weekend because it was on sale.

Any suggestions?????

Here is a link to recipezaar's "kid-pleaser" chicken recipes sorted by highest rating. I've made a few of these already and my kids ate them up. :-)

My kids love potatoe chip chicken. Just cut the chicken into strips (like chicken tenders), dip it in egg, cruch up Pringles in a bag toss the chicken in and shake it. Then put in oven on 350 degrees for about 15-18 minutes. It is the fastest receipe and kids love it.

My boys love what they call chip chicken. Place 1/4 cup flour and 1 package taco seasoning in a bag and mix. Drop in the chicken and shake. Then roll in crushed tortilla chips. Put in casserole dish and bake at 350 for about 40 min. covered and 10 min. uncovered. Very yummy and smells so good!

My children LOVE chicken cooked just about any way imaginable, but one of our favorites is to pour Italian dressing over it and bake. YUMMY and so easy. I did a variation the other day and used Sweet and Sour sauce instead of the Italian dressing. My children are begging for it again!

We also use our George Forman grill to grill the chicken and then cut it into strips for salads.

My mom's favorite is to bake it until almost done then add salsa and cheese on top. If your kids like salsa, they would love it.

Like I said we LOVE chicken cooked just about any way imaginable.

Hope that helps.

i dont know about kid friendly but my 22 month old loves what i make her.

We always buy the family size portion of Chicken breasts and section them out into three pcs and freeze them. When i am ready to cook them i thaw them out and marinade them in 'McCormick Gill Mates' they have several flavors...that the whole family will love. i bake in the oven covered in foil for 35 min on 425 and when done i cut her a section of chicken into bite size pcs and serve.

in fact we had it last night she ate the chicken, scalloped potatoes (which she LOVED!) and diced strawberries. We had the same but we had corn instead of strawberries.

Good eating!

If it's not chicken nuggets, my kids will only eat boneless chicken if it's in a chicken quesadilla, and they love it. 2 cholesterol free flour tortillas, mozarrella cheese, and stripped boneless chicken. You can microwave it, but I like to use my mini George indoor griller because it make the tortillas a little bit crunchy on the outside and they like that.

Hi B.,
My kdis love chicken and rice.
Just take 3 cups of rice, I combine white and brown, but you could one of either. Put it is a 9X13 pan. Add on large can of cream of chicken soup and 1 1/2 to 2 cans of water. Stir, add a little garlic salt and pepper. Or just salt is okay. It needs to be really watery. Add 3 or 4 chicken breasts. sprinkletop with papricka, cover with foil, cook at 350 for one hour.
Also Campbells boxed chicekn and lemon rice is also good. You add the chicken breasts.
Good Luck.
