Kid Care Pediatric's Not Cutting It anymore....Help!

FYI - I am also a fed up with Kidcare and waiting to get into Cooks on 1709...but they are not accepting new patients at this time for any of their physicians. I just talked to them this morning and confirmed still no new patients.

We use Kim Mangham at Cook's on 1709. She is great she takes her time and really makes you feel good. The nurses are great and I have always been able to get a sick appointment when I need one. Also the call center staff is great and always return your call promplty and call the next day to check on our kiddos! Great practice and even better people.

Try Southlake Family Medicine. I know it's a small drive but soooo worth it. My son goes to Dr. Zwernermann and she is wonderful. Very patient, doesn't rush through the exam etc. The staff is great exspecially the nurses.

I totally agree with you! I just posted this same request not to long ago and am trying Cooks Childrens off of 1709 next to the Southlake Tennis center because I could not stand Kid Care Pediatrics anymore! They were awful. The office staff and nurse staff are just untolerable. I will let you know how this office works out. I was told by multiple people off Mamasource that this location only has 2 drs and they are great so I am giving it a shot.

We have used W. Pierrre Robert Or (Dr. Scott) at Baylor G'vine & just really love him. His # is ###-###-####. Staff is great, so is he.

Dr Catherine Hampton at Cooks Childrens on 1709 by Kroger is a really great doc. You sometimes have to wait a little bit in the waiting room but its worht it for how much time she spends with your child. Also my best friend uses Dr. Gomez across the street for my office and swears by him. Ikd give one of those a try. Good Luck!

I second Cook's Children's on 1709. We use Dr. Sara Yok and really like her. We have seen Dr. Hampton once as well, and she was fantastic! Actually, all of the docs and nurses we have seen there have been great and very helpful!
