Just Moved Here from California and Need a New Pediatrician
We just arrived here form California about 8 days ago. I need to find a new Pediatrician for my little girl (2 ½). We are going to live in Rancho Sahuarita. We just found this new community and are amazed by the amenities it has to offer – especially for kids. It doesn’t look like there are medical facilities in Sahuarita yet – I guess we’d have to drive to Tucson. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you! –Nadja

In Rita Ranch there is a place called Cottonwood Pediatrics. I dont use him at the moment but am planning on it for my baby whos due in June. I use a family doctor. His name is Dr. DePaso, and he is pretty good. Both my kids love him. There are also 2 other docs in the group there, one has an intersest in pediatrics.

We go to Dr. McFarren at Desert Pediatrics. It is clear up by TMC, but we don't have to see the doc that often so it's not that bad. He is very good, listens to the parents and the kids--but he is also fairly conservative about things like antibiotics, won't do prescription for them over the phone. I have a 3yo and a 6yo, if that helps.

I take my son to Childrens Medical Center on Oracle(they have other locations too) the Dr. he sees is Dr. Nomaan who I love. All the doctors there are great.....always very friendly and helpful.
