Johnson County Mom Needs Buddies for Her 3 Year Old Boy

Have you heard of the MOMS Club of Shawnee? We are a club of stay at home moms and we get together for playgroups and people host activities at their house. The first Wednesday of every month we have a meeting and sometimes we have speakers at these meetings, but most of the time we just get together to let our kids play and all the moms just talk. You should check into the "Parents as Teachers" website. They have play dates every week and then special events as well. I live in Western Shawnee and have a 15 month old that likes these. Also, there is a Shawnee Mom's Club. I can't recall the website for it, but there is one for Eastern Shawnee and Western Shawnee and I know they do play dates as well. Good luck!

I am apart of a group called Mothers & More. We are a National organization to support moms through connecting with other moms. There are playgroups almost every day of the week as well as evening outings just for moms. We also have a family picnic, book club, slumber parties (for the moms), dinner club, all sorts of things.
