JFF - "Dealing with Preggo Woman" Present (Male Version of "Push" Present)

This is our 3rd child. We did not do "push" presents for the first two, as we both agreed that it was an absolutely unnecessary expense!

However, this pregnancy was just really awful for me - emotionally I am all over the board. My husband has been FANTASTIC in dealing with me and not saying anything about it. So, I decided to get him a "Dealing with your crazy hormonal preggo wife" present!! I got him a new pair of sneakers. Sounds corny, but he has a thing for shoes and these are ridiculously overpriced and nothing that he would ever buy on his own.

Have any of you ladies turned the tables and gotten anything for your hubbies for being so supportive throughout the pregnancy?

What can I do next?

yes - a baby!
Actually the present was naming it after him. But yeah, had my hands full at the time, so wasn't even a thought in my head. Super thoughtful of you though.

oh Sma I Am - funny but oh so true!!!! What else can a girl do for 6 weeks? ALthough I was tired and said no.... alot. But yeah, thats funny. In the hospital the nurse came and gave me a little new mommy package, dad said what about me? What do I get? I said......the bill!

I didn't but I think is sweet, why not?
I have to laugh at Theresa's answer because she is just much better then me. I didn't suffocate my husband by I did kick him "accidentally" many times in the last month of the pregnancy, lol.

I didnt but my step mom did she gave my husband a "daddy basket" with each boy they had manly things in them like burp towels with his team logo's matching Tshirts and sweats. And a six pack of his favorite beer with note that said- I know her and you have earned this. She is always good like that.

What a great wife you are!

Well I didn't get my husband a gift but I allowed him to buy his own, that counts right? After our first daughter was born he went out and bought the Harley he'd been drooling over for almost a year. After our second daughter was born he went out and bought a dirt bike and then a street bike. Actually now that you mention it he's bought three bikes which means I'm owed another kid! lol

I didn't, but he didn't either. Having said that, I must say, it was a very sweet idea! My hubby really spoils me, preggo or not! I really can't complain! I think he was just happy to have me back to normal! Also, we did 1st mothers/fathers days w/our girls. Each 1st, I got jewelery and he got a watch, and I don't remember the 2nd daughter! Some thing he wanted! LOL!
After that it was just a card until the girls were old enough to make something!
