Invigorating Yoga (Not an Oxymoron)

Ladies -

I'm looking for a good invigorating yoga video to do at home (preferably via netflix). Any ideas or recommendations? I would describe my level as intermediate.

Don't want much talking about the benefits of breathing etc. Not looking for stretchy aerobics, but a series of poses which will have my heart rate elevated. Hubs wants to join me in this, and we want something a little active, but not too active. (we are apartment dwellers, so jumping around really isn't fair to our neighbors.

Thanks for your suggestions.

There's a Bob Harper Yoga video that we do in our exercise line-up (it's yoga for weight loss or something like that). It doesn't feel too "hard" while you're doing it but afterwards... yikes--the achy muscles! :)
I also love Jillian, but haven't tried any of her yoga videos??

I just started with yoga a few months ago,and got a few different styles to see what I liked.
I have Shiva Rae and Jillian Michaels (both of which I like), and one of the 10 minute's to fitness videos.

If you go to www.collagevideo.com, you can search for yoga workouts, and preview the videos to see if they're what you're looking for.

I'm a total yoga nut!, I think most yoga videos are sort of easy. I like yoga burn. With Rodney yee. He spends a lot if time in downward facing dog variations and warrior positions. The video is a slow progression from one position to another , I like to amp it up with wrist weights. It's slow but it will feel great and challenging .

I like jillans micheals video yoga meltdown too. I'm crazy about ymthe hybrid version of yoga she presents. There are guru positions in there to work up to like the wheel and the crow.

Look for the more advanced videos from Baaron Baptiste or Rodney Yee, they are my favorites and I really like both of them. Shiva Rea is good too for something a little different.
