Try Handyman Connection. They are usually not busy this time of year, so the work would get done quickly. I believe they are licensed and bonded as well.

I have found Handyman Connection to be very pricey for other projects, but I don't know about their painting rates. They have to get a cut for the Handyman Connection advertising and the painter's rate, so they seem to charge more.
