Information on Isagenix 9 Day or 30 Day Program

I am trying to lose my last 10 pounds of baby weight and an additional 10 pounds. I have tried Weight Watchers which I truly believe is the healthiest way to lose, but I need faster results. I read about Isagenix a few weeks ago when another mother emailed about losing weight. I would like to hear results from those who are not Isagenix Independent Associates. I would love to hear from the reps also, but am really wanting to hear from those who do not have a self interest in the product. If there is anyone out there that has tried the product, please send your comments good or bad.

I signed up to sell it then I tried it. I watched a friend lose lots of weight on it. I tried it and got some results but not as much as she did. I have a 2 year old boy and the first 2 days, you basically don't eat. I didn't follow it exactly because I cannot go 2 days without eating. I have all the brochures and everything if you want info. though.

K. - I know nothing about this program. I lost my weight using a natural product (again, don't know if Isagenix is natural or has additives) and I've kept it off w/o dieting.

Regardless of the successes other people have had with whatever the product or program, the only way to know for sure if it will work for you is to try what you feel is the best option. I know the products I use come with a 30% unconditional money back guarantee (no questions asked) so for me it was well worth it.

If Isagenix is guaranteed and has in it things that you would put into your body and feel good about, then give it a try. If not, I'm sure the right thing for you will appear as you are open to it.

All the best
C.

honestly i think it is better to evaluate your lifestyle than resorting to chemicals. The weight will not stay off in the long run, and you are endagering your health, no matter what the FDA says.

To truly keep the weight off, I would recommend checking out a raw diet. This might sound boring or bland to you, but for the past week I have been eating raw and have lost five pounds. My taste buds are alive. I feel friggin great. And seriously, this woman I know told me, "I., I didn't recognize you. You look ten years younger." Weird huh? I can recommend some very simple un-cook books to you.

For now I'd recommend drinking a smoothie in the morning, consisting of soy or almond milk, a banana, and other fruits like strawberries and/or blueberries. Eat as close to the bottom of the food chain as possible, like leafy green salads. Cut out the ranch, use vinigrettes. Really this style of eating requires more creativity and fun. I made a salad today called Un-Tuna salad....with almonds, celery, and some other things and damn if it didn;t taste like tuna.

I hope this helps. I have a sister that is always dieting, taking pills, whatever, and it has become a vicious cycle. I am concerned for her health. Anyhow, you can lose that weight. But the mist important thing is starting at the core.

K.,
I have a friend who went on Isagenix to lose weight for a wedding where she was going to see an old boyfriend. Yikes! She did lose the weight she wanted to, but has gained much of it back. I really don't think it is a healthy way to lose the weight, not to mention that it would be a complete lifestyle change to keep it off. When you do the cleanse you are taking in about 200 calories a day. Throughout the program you take in way less than 1000 calories/day. I wouldn't recommend the program unless are trying to lose the weight fast for a one-day event like my friend. JMO
