Talk with a Doctor.
There is no way to know for sure, unless you get a professional's evaluation.

Do you have eggs stored?
I assume your ovaries are still intact?
You got pregnant before via IVF.
Maybe try that again?

Try Google Searching "can you get pregnant if both your tubes are removed."

As a side note: you are not 'old' if that is what you mean.
My friend, was 47 when she had her 2nd child, by IVF.
It took a few tries though.

I had my 1st and 2nd child, when I was older than you.

Ultimately, see your OB/GYN for a consultation.

I had my son at 36 through IVF.
Your doctor will be able to best tell you as conditions vary from person to person.

No one can really tell you that, probably not even your RE. However, I would think that if you got pregnant via IVF before, you have a great chance. Good luck!

My son was born via IVF when I was 34, my daughter viz IVF when I was 36. There is hope. :)

I conceived at 36 naturally, and a friend of mine conceived by IVF at 37 so I'd say your chances are probably good, of course I'd talk to your doctor to get all the facts. Yes women over 35 have a lower chance of getting pregnant, but since you've previously had a successful IVF pregnancy I bet you have a good chance.

Good luck!!!
