Infant Child Care Needed
I am looking for infant child care options for Jan. 06. I would prefer care in my home, but would consider a in-home day care if the location is close. I live in Oak Park, but work out near O'Hare so anywhere close to Oak Park or between Oak Park and O'Hare could work. I would appreciate any references or e-mails from anyone who is interested.

E.--
I recently started my 19 mos. old son in daycare at the Lutheran General Children's Daycare Center in Des Plaines--I also work near O'Hare. I do not know anything about their infant care center (they start at six weeks), but I have been so pleased with their toddler care. The center is in the Federal Aviation Building on Devon between Higgins and River Rd. I looked at a lot of places before I decided this would be the best place for my son. Good luck, let me know if you have any questions.

Hi,
I have a wonderful care provider in OP on Highland. I am not sure if she will have an opening in Jan. She said you can call her--###-###-####. Her name is Candy Montanez. I had a girl in Nov. 03 and Dillen has been there since Feb. of 04.

E., you might want to try Bright Horizons in Rosemont. It is at 72 (higgins) and River road. It is really nice and very secure. They have rates for full days, 1/2 days, part time. Here is the website:

Congrats on your baby girl!!!!

E.,
I am currently looking for a nanny myself and I came across a website called enannysource.com. I don't usually like web site services, but this one gives great information and it's a lot less expensive than some of the services out there. We paid $98 for a 1 month membership.
So far we've gotten some good responses. They have a free trial membership (you can't access the nanny's contact information) but you can see how many of them fit what your looking for before you sign up. Hope this helps. We also put an ad in our church bulletin and got a few responses from that.
