Indoor Playgrounds - San Pedro,CA

I will be visiting the Torrance area next week. I understand there is a call for rain all week. Does anyone know of in- door activities that my 2 year old would enjoy?

What can I do next?

There are three place in the Southbay. Kid Concepts is in Torrance on Hawthorne Blvd ($7), Under the Sea is in Manhattan Beach on Sepulveda ($9) and Adventure Plex is on Marine in Manhattan Beach ($5). All are great for kids and they all have websites you can check out.

but of course when it rains all these places get crazy crowded. bring your patience and your purell.

I agree on Kid Concepts. I took my 2 year old there with her Tot Lots program, and she had a fabulous time for 3 hours. You may even be able to bring a book and read for a while! It's an enclosed area, so he can't go anywhere without you noticing. They have tables and a little cafeteria.

Here's their website.

I haven't been there in years, but we used to got to a place called Kid Concepts on Hawthorne blvd. It had a gigantic indoor play area, arts and crafts, and a little restaurant. I found their web site, definitely worth checking it out.
