That is the craziest place I've ever been to! I felt nervous and rattled the entire time I've ever been there (twice). If you are going on the weekend it isn't a buffet but more like a feeding trough! Rude people who seem very hungry. However, if you you can find a less busier time, it is a fun place with mini bowling lanes, go cart riding, bumper cars and endless games. I would definitely get the private room or you won't have a prayer of sitting a party altogether. I went to a party there at about 1:00 on a Saturday and it wasn't too bad. Then I took my girls there for a night out on a Friday night.....never again! Shoot for a Saturday early afternoon and I think you will have a winner!

Hope I helped,
M.

Incredible pizza is fun and there is a lot to do, but it is pure craziness on the weekends. It is overcrowded and trying to get food is a nightmare. It is like a feeding frenzy. However, the kids do love it. Another option is The clubhouse in Bedford. We have been there before and my kids really enjoyed it. They do parties as well.

Here is their website: http://www.clubhouseforkids.com/

It depends on what time of day you're going and what day of the week... they're VERY busy on weekends... I found that their customer service on the billing / communication side left a LOT to be desired but in the end... it's about the kids... long as they're happy, fed and entertained, most anything can go off without a hitch.

I'd say this is geared mostly toward the 8 year old plus crowd... they DO have stuff for younger kids but trying to run from place to place with more than one is quite a pain...

the pizza wasn't bad...salad and pasta bar was good... they have a station of dessert pizzas...

be sure you reserve a room or you probably won't find a place to sit down...

We had my daughters 4th bday there in October. We did it on a Saturday and had way too many people~ but I think it went well and everyone had a good time. I think it would be perfect for a smaller party. I agree that a less busy day would be ideal, but I think its a great place for a party. We did a walk-in party. We had too many people to fit in a party room - but they let us reserve a room in the open area. They have an email to contact a party host that was really helpful.
Good Luck!

We went there for my sons friends birthday and we had a few dislikes. First when we got there we didn't expect to have to pay to get in to a reserved birthday party. We weren't even going to eat as we had already eaten before we went just so we wouldn't be hungry for the pizza there. But as we found out that you can't get in unless you buy a buffet and drink for each person entering the place! I was so mad. We just wanted to play the games not eat! So we had to pay to get in and then come to find out the party (like we had thought) was already paid for for each person attending so we shouldn't have had to pay but just to have mentioned we were in the party and then we should have gotten in no problem. So we contacted the manager to get our money back but since the person working the register didn't give us our receipt we were just SOL in getting a refund even though it wasn't our fault! After that my other gripe was ALL the people there. Oh my gosh was it crowded!!! The games are really great and it's nice to have all the options of what to play all in one place but the crowd was just not worth putting up with. Just to ride the go karts there was an hour and a half wait! I know it's to be expected when going to a place like this but geez it was ridiculas. I would suggest going during the week if you really want to use this place and be sure to let your guests know if they are going to have to pay for them selves. Also let them know if it will be a reserved birthday party or just a drop in one. Hopefully this helps a little good luck!
