Ok ladies - help! I PEE whenever I work out! Can anyone offer advice on this? It is not all day, I do not leak or anything like that, but I am a workout lover and it is just awful!

What can I do next?

I agree with Lucky, KEGELS!! You could always wear a pantyliner when you're working out too, just to feel like you've got 'plan B' in place. After my 3rd baby it took forever for my PC muscles to get back to where they needed to be... I peed on myself every time I sneezed, laughed, stood up from a sitting position, blinked... it was ridiculous ;) You're not alone! Do kegels religiously, that should help tremendously :)

kiegel excercises!!!! Also, have your OB?GYN check your pelvic floor muscles to make sure you're not having any issues.

Two words.....Poise Pads.

I saw a show about this last year. A woman complained of leaking during intercourse. It's apparently a common complaint for women who have had vaginal births. The woman on the show talked to her OB who in turn referred her to a doctor, much like a urologist (I cannot recall the title of this type of doctor) but she needed a minor surgical procedure and the leaking problem was solved. I'd start with your OB. From my understanding, Kegals do work but it may also be a problem that "exercise" won't solve for you.
