Ok, I have been on a website called freecycle.org . It is like a garage sale but w/o the sale-anywho I have been looking for a treadmill. I havent had any luck though.
I desperatly wanting one so I dont have to take my son outside at night to go walking. (Our neighborhood has tons of mosquitos) If anybody would want to sell theirs cheap (bc this single mommy doesnt have a lot of money :) )I would happily buy-or if anybody knows where they do sell them cheap I would appreciate any feedback.

I don't know how much they are asking, but there is a sign off Northgate between Story and MacArthur of a person selling a treadmill. They say it is like new.

Hi A., I don't have a treadmill but I do have a lifestep 9100. It's a stair stepper, but one of the really good ones. It's commercial quality so it's pretty smooth (considering I like to run). I'm a trainer at a gym so I got dibs and didn't want to pass it up. Let me know if your interested, I don't use it much so I will give it to you cheap!

check out ebay. I saw some pretty cheap ones. If you put in "treadmill" on the search and then sort by distance first you can find some close by that you can either pick up or they will deliver. May be worth a look! Good Luck!

Have you checked out www.dallas.craigslist.org? You could type in treadmill in the search box - just make sure you have "for sale" in the pull down menu underneath the search. They usually have a ton of stuff for sale there.
(Make sure that you have the web address exactly correct. If you leave off the "s" in craigslist you will get a very inappropriate site.)

My parents are moving into a senior apartment complex in East Dallas this weekend and have a lot of stuff to sell. One of the items on their "to sell" list is a treadmill. I called to see if they had sold it yet and they said no. It is a large one and they said it still works but may need to be oiled and a new battery on the panel. They bought it several years ago for $1100 or so but they'll take $10 just to get it out of the apartment. It's very heavy so you'd need a couple of men to lift and load it for you.
