Im Pregnant, but Dont Feel That Way.

This is prolly going to sound crazy, but it has taken us SO long to conceive, that Im anxious. I am 6 weeks pregnant, and dont actually go to the doctor until the end of July. Its my second pregnancy, and my first one was so long ago, and I was so young, I dont really remember symptoms. I feel nothing! So I worry about my HCG levels. I am a nurse myself, so I think we in the medical profession tend to be more anxious in general! :) Did any one else have smooth second pregnancies? I know its still early, but I feel like I should feel SOMETHING.

TIA!
M.

What can I do next?

So What Happened?™

I just want to say THANK YOU for all the encouraging words, and thoughts! I still feel great, and I guess should be thankful for that!:) Thanks again to everyone that replied, I feel a lot better!

I didn't start having any symptoms with my first two until around 6 weeks or so. I had pretty bad morning sickness with them, sore breasts, everything. But I never even felt pregnant with my third, my little girl. I didn't have any morning sickness- nothing. Try not to worry. Every pregnancy is different.

I bet your symptoms are on their way! You'll at least have that lovely lathargic feeling. My symptoms with this one didnt start until about 8 weeks. But now, at 13 weeks, I have NO symptoms which freaks me out too. Its all different, just keep truckin!

M.,

Please don't worry. This is all normal. I am as well 22 weeks pregnant with my second little girl. This pregnancy has been totally DIFFERENT! And I mean different!! I was sick as a dog with my first daughter and I had nothing at all with this one. I did suffer this time with fatigue alot more, because I spend ALL of my time chasing around my 2.5 y/o!! LOL!! So, needless to say I am always tired. The fatigue started about 8 weeks pregnant with me and eased up alittle bit after the first trimester was over. But all in all I had no symptoms of pregnancy with this one. I really never felt preggo until I started to show and feel the baby move. So, M. please dont stress your self out! This is all normal signs you're having:) Happy and healthy 9 mths to you and please let us know how you are doing! I would love to keep in touch with you:)

Love,
B.

I didn't feel pregnant with mine until I could feel him moving around. I was lucky enough to not have morning sickness or the other symptoms. I was so grateful when my friend's sister in law told me I was normal not to feel pregnant. Just be happy every day that you keep food down!

M. - It's funny that I just now read your post, and I felt the exact same way you did on Friday. However, my luck changed on Saturday night, right before I turned 7 weeks. I haven't been able to keep anything down since then! But if you don't get sick, then take it as a blessing and enjoy your pregnancy. FYI - I married the cutest police officer in January & we're expecting our first baby together!! Good luck and God bless!!
