I'm Looking for a Good Soccer Club for My Older Girls.

Hi, I have 4 girls. My two oldest are really into playing soccer with whatever and wherever they can find. It is usually a play ball and the livingroom floor. I'm starting to get tired of this. I'm looking for a good soccer club for them to join. There really isn't anything in our area. We live off of 23rd Street between I-70 and I-435. My two oldest girls are 6 (will be 7 on May 31) and 4 (will be 5 on July 17). I would love any recommendations. Thank you.

What can I do next?

So What Happened?

I want to thank all of you for the wonderful suggestions. I talked to my cousin and his son plays for Brookside. I thought we would try there this year. Their fields are also pretty close to our house. They were also still holding registrations. Kristie, I really want to thank you for your offer to let my oldest play on your daughter's/husband's team, but with no guarentee for my 4yo, I just couldn't do it. It would not have been fair to let one play and not the other. I looked into the Y, but the one closest to us only offers Biddy Soccer (3-4yos). Again though, I couldn't really let one play and not the other.

The YMCA has a good soccer club, if you do not want a competitive league.

My daughter is in the Independence Soccer Club. Here is the link to the website: http://www.saisoccer.org/ My husband actually coaches my daughters team, she is 6 (will be 7 on May 27th). I know that they have already had sign ups but I might be able to help you out. Give me a call ###-###-#### work) or at home ###-###-####) and we can talk. I know for my husband team I believe his is looking for 1 or 2 more girls. Also, I think your 4 will be able to play as well.

I live really close to you and I recieved something from my daycare where my daughter goes, and I know that it has already passed, but there were soccer sign ups, thru the Sermon Center and you might still be able to get into that group. You should try and contact the Sermon Center, or there is a soccer complex off I-70 in Blue Springs.

YMCA offers soccer for many age groups, and you dont have to belong to the Y to do the sports...I also think the kansas city bapist Temple in Raytown has a soccer thing, they are on Blue Ridge cutoff . Big church campus with a HUGE soccer area. It is between 63rd st and Sni a bar/ stadium area.
Just found the web site! fhttp://www.kcbt.org/sports/youthsoccer.htm
Best of luck!
