Ideas for a Mad Hatters Tea Party

Hi Everyone! I need a few ideas for a Mad Hatter's tea party. This tea/brunch is for a group of 25 women. I would love some food ideas, decorations etc??? I am going to put on the invite to wear your "Maddest" hat but other than that I need some help!! Thanks so much!

Mismatched serving trays, different styles of coffee cups, tall stacked platters, cups of cubed sugar no the table,mismatched silverware, small bottles with corks in them of colored water with tags that say Do Not Drink, ect. Let me know what else you come up with. I am throwing a baby shower with the same theme! Good Luck!
