I Need Ideas for a Halloween Costume for 2 Co-workers.....
My sister works at an accountants office. Her and her co-worker want to dress up for Halloween but there not sure as what. They want something that goes together ( not together, together, you know what i mean, right?) and can wear all day at the office. My sister is 22 years old and her co-worker is about 32 years old. they are both pretty slender except the girl is about 1 1/2 feet taller than my sister, lol. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Salt and Pepper
Sun and Moon or Day and Night
Cat-Dog (from the cartoon show)
Peanut butter and Jelly
Thing 1 and Thing 2 from Dr. Seuss' Cat in a Hat. (However, this could be one of those things that haunts them forever too!)
Pork chop and Apple sauce
A toilet and toilet paper (kinda raunchy but...)
A cow and a milk maid (out there but..)
Bo Peep and a sheep
An abacus and a calculator (accounting firm...ya know?)
Jersey Shore spoof
Sarah Palin and Hilary Clinton (or any female democrat and female republican)
Republican elephant and Democratic Donkey
They can be two cops (like the guys on Chips)
Teletubbies
Dancing with the Stars couple
TV and remote
Ketchup and Mustard
Spaghetti and Meatball
Mac n' Cheese (but to be funny one can be a guy named Mac n' the other a brick of cheese)
Or a compound word where one gal wears one part like...a cardboard bus and a cardboard stop sign...together they're a bus stop. Mailbox, Airplane, Cockpit (maybe not this one), Schoolbus etc. Here's a list of compound words if you need ideas: http://www.learningdifferences.com/Main%20Page/Topics/Com...

Borrow a couple chior robes and break out in song every now and then.
Find cap and gowns from highschoolers who graduated and dont need them now.
Slacks, with bowling shirts. Use a bowling bag as a purse that day. Bowling shoes too, but please dont steal them from the local lanes.. It happens a lot around Halloween, or whenever Footloose plays on tv..lol really.

In my old office each department would pick a theme. Here were some of them....
M&Ms
Pirates
Grease/60's
80's
Babies (pjs, bottle, binky, blanky etc)
Army/Military
Rock N Roll
Angels
Other then a theme the only things I can think of are couple costumes...
salt & pepper
Plug & outlet
Angel & devil
Bert & Ernie (I knew twins who did this lol)
Good Luck!

Laverne and Shirley? It would be easy, thrift store finds... longer wool skirts, sweaters/cardigans, scarves on their heads (you know, the old lady sheer ones to keep their hair in place? we call them babushkas... lol), ankle socks, etc.? And the cursive L on one's shirt would be the clincher that would tell who they are...
I think that would be so easy and adorable! And funny!
Or they could do Grease, either with Sandy as the good girl, or the bad girl... but I like Laverne and Shirley better... lol
