I Need a Good Prenatal Vitamin!

Hello,
I had still been taking prenatals since I am still nursing and they are the BEST, called Perfect Prenatal and you can get them at any of the natural food markets. Sadly, they are very expensive and I had to quit buying them a couple months ago. I tried a cheaper kind from Sunflower and they just made me pee neon yellow. I hate that when I just feel like I'm flushing vitamins straight down the toilet. Anyway, I was wondering if anyone has any reccomendations for prenatals that are of a good quality and don't break the bank. Thanks! M.

What can I do next?

Thanks everyone for your input! I will look into all these possibilities! M.

Wal Mart and Target both have great ones. You might also look a website called Puritan's Pride. As far as peeing yellow, you're body isn't losing anything, it already took what it needed

Hi M.! I am 23 weeks pregnant and have been taking Arbonne International's Nutritional Hybrid Power Packs. They are absolutely fabulous! The best vitamins I've ever tried! They're only available to order online. If you want to check them out, please feel free to visit my website at: www.mandyolsen.myarbonne.com. Good luck finding something that works for you!
Take care,

One Source from Walmart are really good and very inexpensive.

I use Rainbow Light Prenatal One. They are a bit more pricy than if you get a generic prenatal. But if you compare the ingredients, there is no one that provides as much nutrition. It contains twice as many vitamins and minerals along with herbs and digestive support. They have made me feel wonderful. I also give my husband and daughter Rainbow Light products, they have been in business along time, and have a great selection of products.
Vitamin Trader frequently has sales on Rainbow Light products, so I try to stock up then.
Hope you find something that works for you body and budget.

I took neonatal vitamins. You have to have a prescription but they work wonders. I can't really take regular vitamins cause they upset my stomach but this one was fantastic. I also took Expecta Lipil and that gave me alot more energy. I think you can get that in stores. It says for pregnant women but I kept taking it a few months after I had my daughter and It really helped me.

I use the brand WalMart sells, they're cheap and I have never peed neon yellow. I've used them for my past 2 pregnancies and after and for this one too.

I have posted several times for a lot of different health questions and thing. Well, here I go again! Sorry, but I really do care about people's health. And I have found a much better store to shop with. One that pays me back to be a loyal customer.

I wish I had of had Melaleuca's Prenatal vitamins when I was having my kids. One of my customers just had her 5th baby and is using them and loves them.

One thing you have to be sure is that your Prenatal contains adequate amounts of Omega-3 from the right sources. Studies show that this is vital for brain and eye development. Melaleuca has a Prenatal Omega-3 that does not contain any mercury, PCBs, or other contaminants. Many store brands do contain these things.

I don't know how Melaleuca's prices compare to what you were using, but in quality, I am very confident that they would completely beat anything you can find in the stores.

Good luck with finding the right one for you. If you would like information on Melaleuca's, just let me know. I will help you research the right choice.
