I Need a Good Adult Neurologist

I live in Oakland County - Clawson area. Was wondering if anyone knew a good neurologist. My adult son has Cerebral Palsy.

What can I do next?

My son was born 7 weeks premature and saw a neurologist for regular check-ups for his first two years. We saw Dr. John Manica in Farmington Hills at the Michigan Institute for Neurological Disorders. We really liked him. He did a great job of explaining everything to us in terms that we could understand and was very thorough. I never felt rushed, or like he was in a hurry to get to his next patient. The office number is ###-###-####.
Hope this helps and good luck!

Ann Marie Michon, Nurse Practitioner who works with Dr. Finkel at the MIND Clinic ###-###-####. I have two friends who have told me she is thorough and listens well! You start with Dr. Finkel but then can request to see Ann Marie. She is in Farmington Hills and also Madison Heights offices.

I'd recommend Michael Nigro DO, who's on staff at Children's Hospital where they have every service you'll need & are wonderful. He has an office in Oakland County. If he can't do it, I'd get one of the other CHM neurologists. The outpt rehab dept at Children's is fantastic, valet parking & cheaper if you have a handicap permit. they're very easy to work with.
