I know this will sound nuts, but try exersise. that really helped me when i was pregnant with my third.

Get as much sleep as you can, stay well-hydrated, eat small protein rich snacks/meals through the day, take a walk. These are the best things you can do for you and the baby!

Hi A.,

I just had my baby on the first. I was always tired when i was preggers and when i went to the doctor i told them about always being tired and they tested my blood. They found out that i had anemia which made me feel tired so they had me take iron pills and vitamin B12. After that i felt much better and i had more energy to get me through the day. So.....don't forget to mention to your doctor how your feeling. Congats on the baby!!

Have the Dr. check your thyroid, and other blood work.

Your body is doing A LOT of work... like, growing a new baby! Listen to your body and nap every chance you get. Eating good healthy "real" foods will also help give your body extra energy to do it's job.

Hi A.,

Congratulations! I took my vitamins, walked, and drank plenty of water. Anyting outside of that, I would check with the doc.

Best of luck.

Cat naps, bed whenever humanly possible, being winter, a good brisk walk will probably wake up right up, but I would definitely recommend sleeping as much as you can in order to stay awake when you cant sleep. And, congragulations! :D
