I Can't Stop Eating

I can't seem to stop eating today!!! I am a bloated mess yet I keep eating!! Aaaaahhh!! I have already had a BLT, taffy candy, 2 mini bagels (slathered w butter of course) and a banana. Oh and half of a nutragrain bar. And I still want to eat! How do you force yourself not to eat when you are acting like a grazing cow??? :D

What can I do next?

Go exercise. You might still want to eat afterwards but at least you will feel better about mitigating some of the calories =)

I'm breastfeeding and OMG my hunger cravings can be over-the-top and usually for high calorie foods so I feel ya =)

Well...you could stand on all fours like a grazing cow and then it would be much harder to eat that way. :)

I don't see much protein in any of your choices. I would still be hungry too if I ate what you ate....it's all just carbohydrates and would make me keep craving something more substantial.

So, perhaps have a couple of eggs, or scoop of peanut butter, or open a can of tuna....then leave the kitchen and focus on something else.

I never force myself not to eat. Eat! I am breastfeeding so I feel your pain - just let go! I eat peanut butter out of the jar by the spoonful. And by the way, your list is NOTHING! Life is too short to worry about stuff like this. =)

I brush my teeth and rinse with mouthwash. I hate to eat when my mouth is so fresh!

Quick, leave the house!
Seriously though, get moving. I know I tend to eat more when I'm home, even if I'm being productive (paying bills, doing laundry, etc.) So roll up your sleeves and do something more physical: go outside and pull weeds, clean out the garage, clean your car out. You must have some kind of chore like this that you've been putting off (don't we all?!)
I'm headed out to my garage right now, thanks for the motivation :)

Get some apple cider vinegar. Put 1-2 tablespoons in a glass of water. Add a little cinnamon if you'd like. Drink before eating anything. It totally curbs your appetite and is very good for you.

It's best to just let it go for today as long as you are not doing it every day! Induldge yourself!

More fiber. Eat some lowfat popcorn.
