I Am Thinking of Doing Maternity Portraits.

I absolutely love Lisa Torres at New Photo Concepts! I did not have maternity photos done, but she has been taking pictures of my kids for five years now and they have always been great. www.newphotoconcepts.net I always get the special to get all of the poses.

Jessica did my friends maternity pics and they are amazing!! They went to a park and did totally casual ones and I love them far more then an composed ones I've seen. This is her myspace page but it has a bunch of her stuff on it as well as her regular website with specials and more ideas.

I do all of our pictures at Picture People. I just love all of the pictures they have done of my boys and my friends have maternity photos that are great as well. Plus they are affordable, if you sign up with e mail every month they send you free 8X10 or 11X13 photos you pay nothing, no setting fee nothing and they print them out right then for you to choose your free photo. Extra photos are $15 and black and whites are $20 a sheet. I highly recommend Susana of www.sanctumds.com. She is a very gifted photographer, I have yet to see her do anything that didn't look beautiful. She is affordable and very sweet,and has a wonderful eye. She is also a mom herself so she understands what a mom is looking for.

We use a wonderful photographer who has a studio in her home in Keller. She takes the photos and then gives them to you on a CD so you can take them home, look them over, and order whatever sizes, poses, etc. you like at your own printer (I use Wolf Camera). She is very affordable (I think $65-75). She has been taking our photos for 5 years (including some baby belly pix!), and we have always been happy with her. Another great thing I like about her is that while she has suggestions and examples for you to look at, you really get to lead the session.....any ideas you have or photos you have seen and can bring her from a magazine or something, she will try! In fact, some of our crazy ideas mixed with her knowing what will work on film that have been the most fun shots!! Her name is Becky Eastman ###-###-####. She recently renamed her business to Pebblebrook Portraits (pebblebrookportraits.com), but it used to be BabyBeMine. You can't go wrong with her!! We drive from Flower Mound to Keller just for her! Good Luck!! Definitely take those pix, because you might forget what your tummy looked like with a baby in it, and you may even miss it!! :)

I can highly recommend the photographer that I use. Her name is B. and her company is called B4 Photography. Her website is B4photography.com and she is absolutely wonderful!! She has really great prices and takes WONDERFUL pictures. What I like best about her is you don't have to order the pictures through her. SHE EDITS THE PICTURES AND YOU GET ALL 50-60 PICTURES ON CD. That's right, she gives you the whole cd to print out whatever, whenever you want! It is amazing! I really hope you go to her website and take a look at her work. Brandi is fabulous and very creative...AND unique - she charges for her service and then releases the CD to you with a copy release to print your photos anywhere you choose. I love that! Try www.dfwexpressions.com. She is a personal friend of mine, and a great photographer. She did my maternity pics; which I wasn't very excited about doing but she made me feel quite comfortable, and has done pictures of my daughter every year since. She does wonderful composites. We just take my daughter to a park and let her go and Jessica just snaps away. She prefers that you act natural and pretend that she isn't there, she doesn't do alot of posed pictures, and the ones she does are not your typical poses. She is wonderful to work with and easy going. If you take a look at her website I think you would be pleased.
