I am looking for ideas for a location for my husbands 30th birthday. We live in St Clair Shores but I am not set on this area for the party- Downtown would be good too. Any ideas?

What can I do next?

Bath City Bistro is great Gilberts Lodge on Harper also has a great party room and food A bowling party Rosebowl Lanes is very clean We've had parties at Total Sports also and it is a GREAT deal! tons of stuff to do there (pool tables, darts, video games, bowling, wallyball, basketball) and you can bring in food

Depending what you're looking for there's a comedy club on Groesbeck in Clinton Twp that's really fun, and I'm pretty sure CJ Barrymore's on Hall Road has party rooms, not to mention go-carts, bowling, etc. If you're looking for a hall party, we love the Concorde Inn on Gratiot near Hall Road.

We've done adult parties at Total Sports. They have "free" party rooms that you just have to reserve - they are upstairs near the bar. It's $5 per person for pizza, salad and pop, and they let you bring in you own food to supplement.

Shores Inn will reserve an area for you, Sajos has a party room also on Gratiot, Pampa Lanes on VanDyke also has a party room down stairs.

Bath City Bistro in Mt. Clemens is fun.
You can have dinner, drinks, and do feather bowling. They have rooms with the feather bowling lanes that can be rented out for group parties.
Have fun!

I did a skate party for my husbands 30th. Got a limo and then went bar hopping. Mt. Clemens, and pontiac and royal oak are good for that.

Whirlyball is a lot of fun. It is a little expensive though. It is in Fraser or Clinton Twp. on 15 mile near Groesbeck. You could start there and then go somewhere else.
