I am pregnant with my 3rd child. I am wanting to find a special way to tell him. He is a HUGE Texas Longhorn's Fan and I would like to incorporate that if possible. I just want to make this one special, since it's our last child.

What can I do next?

So What Happened?

Thanks everybody for the ideas. I ended up just spilling the beans! lol. I can't hold a secret and especially that one. I'm busting at the seems to tell everyone I know but I'm only 4 weeks so obviously I need to hold it in a little while longer. But I went to his work and he was having a bad day so I asked if a back rub would make him feel better and he kinda grunted and then I asked if me having dinner ready would make him feel better and he half smiled and said he guessed. So then I said 'would making you a father of 3 make you have a better day?'. He just smiled! So sweet! Now we just have to figure out names (we've always had the kids named before they came into existence...it's hard not having an idea)

Get a couple of Longhorn T-Shirts and have them embroidered on the back (or front) with "I am going to be a BIG Brother (or Sister" and see how long it takes him to notice.

It is also something that you can always keep :-)

Congratulations!

My hubby is a HUGE Denver Broncos fan, so when I told him that I was pregnant with our son, I had a onesie embroidered. It said, My Daddy's a Broncos Fan. I just gave it to him in a bag. He opened it and said "Are you pregnant?" And the neatest thing is is that that's what we brough our son home from the hospital in. Good luck to you and congrats on the baby!

First, congrats!
A friend of mine family is a huge longerhorn fan too. When she found out she was pregnant, she went online and bought this cute tshirt that said future quarterback/cheerleader and it had the longhorns logo on it. When her husband jokingly said, nice shirt, trying out anytime soon, she said, no, but maybe oneday little peanut can. It was so cute.

how exciting...

What about finding a Longhorn baby blanket or Longhorn diaper cover or something baby, then offer to fix him a snack before the next "game" and bring it to him in a bowl or something like that...

that is fun.. and congrats on your new baby
