Every sunday... barring any unfortunate/unusual/unforeseen* events... all sheets, duvets, pillowcases get washed.

Down Comforters get washed every other month.

Exclusions = A change right then and there:
- Tampon mishaps
- Guests
- Wet muddy dogs & or boys
- Spills of various sorts
- Illnesses
- Heat waves / aka excessive sweating

Weekly. In the summer time I sometimes do twice. Plus my husband is a heavy sweater at night... yuck and gross to want to sleep in that :)

we have several pets who sleep in the bed with us, so we change the sheets when they have enough animal hair on them to braid.

For the kids' beds it's once per week. For mine & hubby's it's about every other day.

The goal is every other week, but if I'm honest it probably doesn't always happen quite that often.

Not very often, though always after one of us has been sick.
I'm curious why do they need to be changed so frequently?
my guests always get clean sheets cuz I dont like the idea of someone else sleeping on the same sheets.

When they need to be changed. I put it off until needed, because I live in a condo building where I need to feed the washer and dryer quarters...

When I had my own machines, I typically washed our sheets once a week.

When they begin to smell "unfresh." This is usually every 2-4 weeks, depending on the season. Our bed is on a loft and extremely hard to change now that hubby and I are getting older. It requires lifting the corners of the mattress while sitting on the mattress. Wish I'd planned better for geriatric sheet-changing when we built our house.

Every week. We have allergies in our house so that's why we do it so often.

Once a week or more often if they get "dirty." (I know what your thinking, but I mean if my oldest has an accident or my youngest's diaper leaks) LOL!

um maybe once a month. I just don't see the need to wash them all that much. They don't get dirty

And on an as-needed basis in between.

Hot water wash. No fabric softener.

Weekly, unless we're in a busier time in life and then it's monthly. My sister does it daily! Can you imagine? And it's not just washing the sheets. She washes everything including blankets and comforters and pillows and everything, just because. No allergies or anything. I have allergies!
