Chicken doesn't usually last too long. A couple of days, maybe? I can always tell just be getting close to it. It will smell bad if it's not good. If it doesn't smell bad, it's fine.

If you aren't planning to use it soon, you could boil it and freeze it. I do that quite often and many time use the chicken in tacos or quesedillas or casseroles.

2 or 3 days depending on the time it had before you froze it.

I'd say 2 days.
If you're not going to use it before then--cook it, THEN it will keep longer.
