How Early Have You Experienced Pregnancy Symptoms

Okay, I'm totally wacked out on this one. I have two older daughters, and shouldn't be able to get pregnant (and there is only a small failure rate). However, for the last week (about 1.5 weeks from my expected period) I started to notice that my breasts hurt - not tender but out right hurt. As the week went on they got worse, I also noticed that I wanted chocolate and potato products- and no matter how much I ate I wanted more, plus I would eat them together (chocolate cake with potato chips). I also started suffering other pregnancy symptoms that I had with my other two pregnancies, including the cravings. Here's the question - is it to early to start having these symptoms or are my husband and I just freaking out. I'm do to have my yearly physical the week after my period is due, so will be seeing the doctor then, but wanted to get others opinions.

Add on, based on what some people have asked. I'm 33 years old, my youngest just turned 5 in April and I had a Tubal Ligation in October the year she was born (so about 4.5 years ago). However, as it was explained to me, there is about a 1 in 100 chance of failure in the first ten years (I think). We discussed a couple years ago wishing that we hadn't done something so permanent, and contemplated reversal, but decided not to. So, while we weren't trying to get pregnant, it would be a very pleasant surprise.

I have been in a obgyn office before and had a woman walk in because she had a tibiligation and she had taken a test and was pregnant. I would take a ept test and if it come out not than wait to see the dr.

well it's hard to say because all pregnancies are different. Yes it is highly unlikely that you are pregnant and all those symptoms sound a lot like just bad PMS but.....you never know. I never had cravings that early on but with my second pregnancy I started to get sick around 2 weeks. It only lasted for a few days but I just new I was pregnant. Then it came back strong around 8 or 10 weeks. So yeah some do get symptoms very early.

I have 2 daughters, 6 and 4, and am pregnant with my 3rd, a boy! Anyway before I even missed my period my breasts were tender, i was starving hungry and my tummy felt "stretched". By the time I missed my period and had a positive pregnancy test I was showing! It was proly mostly gas, lol, and no one but my hubby could tell but by about 9 weeks I was in maternity cloths! Everyone is different but I hope you get the outcome you want!

i knew i was pregnant with my first when i was about 1.5 weeks along. I sqeeezed my nipples and got a discharge and my appetite was insane. I knew there had been an "opps" though. With my second I was breastfeeding the first still and had no idea until I was 12 weeks along. Good luck.

With my second pregnancy, I had symptoms almost immediately (within a week of conceiving - a full week before my period was due). I felt like I KNEW I was pregnant. I admit: it could have been all in my head but it turned out that I WAS pregnant. If your period is overdue, take a pregnancy test from a drug store - my ObGyn said that they don't even test women anymore after they've taken one of the over-the-counter tests because those tests are just as good as the doctor's test.

About 3 months ago I got my very first Cyst...it caused all the same symptoms. We had to do an ultrasound to detect it and make sure that I wasnt prego. I have an IUD! SO, there can be some other reason besides just being pregnant. Good luck and I hope that it works out the way that you want it to.

You're not giving me enough info! How old are you? How old is your youngest child? You can get these kinds of symptoms from ovulating as you get more "mature". You can also get them when you wind back up toward your first cycles after giving birth. And you could also be pregnant. If you're totally whacked - go to the store! They are severely accurate these days. Good luck!

I had my tubal done the day after my youngest was born and she is now almost 22. During the years that followed my tubal there were different times that I felt like I was pregnant but wasn't. Sometimes our bodies just like to play tricks with us and screw around with our hormones to try to make us think we're preggers. I suggest you give it another week and see what happens. If things don't change you can always get a pregnancy test ( I did and felt foolish when it came out negative.) Hope this helps.

I feel pregnant every month! I don't know what the deal is but since my miscarriage last year my period symptoms come on SUPER strong and I almost always think I am preggers. In fact, I am on my period now and my breasts are STILL hurting. This month has been particularly bad. Crying for no reason, major mood swings, breasts hurt more than they did when I was pregnant with my first, and I have been a bottomless pit in reguards to hunger I want sweet I want salty I want them both at the same time, I even get nausious!

I guess what I am trying to say is that you could just be overthinking it. For now take it easy just in case you are preggers and just wait it out.

If you aren't preggers and your doctor can explain to you why you feel this way let me know! LOL
