How Can I Get My Bottom in Shape Fast

Does anyone know of some really good butt exercises I can do to lift my bottom and tone it quickly. Also, can anyone recommend any good exercise dvd's to work that area. I am going on vacation soon and need help fast. I also suffer from cellulite, so if anyone knows of any creams, or treatments that can help camouflage it, please let me know. Thanks so much

Hi M.!

I was in the same situation a month ago - I really really like the Mary Kay Cellushape system. There are 2 different creams/lotions 1 for day and 1 for night. I think it is $50 - kinda pricey but I really feel it works. After 2 weeks of using it my hubby commented how my butt looking better so I was glad that he noticed results too. I also like to bike and do pilates. Hope that helps! Good luck and have fun!

Hi M.,

It sounds silly but I do a super butt clench whenever I'm filling my water cup at the fridge or brushing my teeth or whenever I think about it. Squeeze as hard as you can for as long as you can.

Good Morning M.,
WOW! I read your request and I couldn't help but get back to you. I work for an incredible company called Herbalife and we have the most amazing vitamin. Not only does it completely get rid of cellulite, but it has iron, calcium and potassium and vitamin c in it. I have 5 children and no cellulite! I love it. It's a great supplement for woman and it's only $15.99 for a month supply. Let me know if you would like to try it, or if you want more info.

Yours in great health and wealth

Hi M.,

I totally recommend the Val-Slide or any of Valerie Waters' programs. I saw SIGNIFICANT results in just a couple of weeks doing her Butt Smile program (I was getting ready to go on a cruise). She ROCKS. Go here: http://tinyurl.com/9vqmz6

Hope this helps! Good luck!

I like the Winsor Pilates series.

Stepping up and down off of a chair as slow as possible works well, as does stairs.

You may want to go to http://www.exercisetv.tv/ to find just the right workout for you. They have practically everything from all the world's most popular fitness experts with an area for you to customize the best fitness goals for you. Free video clips and amazing product. Go out there and have a blast!

I also want to remind you--give a bit of a reality check for all us self hating mamas--that 99 percent of women over 30 have cellulite. So, go for minimizing, NOT for total elimination...because it's kinda like trying to get rid of the color of your eyes...

Hi, M. - I'm not sure I submitted my last email correctly, so sorry if this is a duplication of information. I know of a few exercises that work great, but it's hard to describe them by email. Also, I know of some great products that could help and they are botanically-based, money-back guarantee on the product for any reason (within 45 days). Please let me know if you'd like to talk by phone? D.

Power-walking aka Racewalking.
