Housekeeper Needed for 1960/Champions Area
Looking for housekeeper weekly who speaks English, drives own car, and is honest, dependable. My husband and I have grown children, so it's just us and our little dog. I do not work outside the home anymore (semi-retired) so I will be here unless I'm at meetings, appts, shopping, etc. Need downstairs cleaned weekly and upstairs as needed (possibly monthly). I like to exclude some rooms one week in order to have more attention paid to another.
I prefer an individual over a cleaning service, with excellent references that are current. My current housekeeper of 6 yrs. is dependable and honest (which is huge!) but has medical problems that have reduced her cleaning abilities. I need someone who will do occasional deep cleaning. Our home is clean and remodeled.
My first choice is a Thurs. and an 8:30ish to 2:30ish schedule.

She is reliable and excellent. She speaks English as her first, and possibly only, language. She started the business so she could be home with her kids. She brings all of her own cleaning supplies with her. She is flexible -- if you want something to be the focus, she is great about that. She also has does organization as a side business. So, if you need any help with organizing, she can help with that, too.
She is honest and I felt comfortable with her both around my kids and in my home alone when I went to run errands.

Lisa Lopes ###-###-####. She was married to a hispanic man hence the last name. She only speaks english. She is the mother to one of my daughter's best friends. I trust her with my child so I am sure you could trust her with your house. Once I had her come over and help me deep clean before my husband came home from an over seas trip I was very happy with her work. She brought all of her own cleaning supplies including a vacuum! She is a single mom. She has been cleaning houses in the Woodlands for years.
