The library has books with recipes in the parenting section. I just always made my own up. I have one of those hand held "stick" blenders that comes with an attachment chopper and a puree handle. I mixed whatever food I made with some type of liquid like juice or broth. You can make alot at a time and freeze it in ice cube trays. When you need food, pop out a cube. It defrosts quickly. Good luck!

I used the "Fresh Start Cworkbook" by Joan Ahlers and Cheryl Tallman. It worked well for me. Hope everything works out for you.

"Super Baby Foods" is the best book I have ever found. It has great recipes for babies through toddlers. Good luck.

They have tons of recipe ideas on the internet! I think I used this one:

You should also consider joining a MOPS (Mothers of Pre -Schoolers) Program to meet other moms with same age children. http://www.mops.org
Good luck to you!

Hi M., I had a lot of luck just going to the local library and finding tons of books. My favorite has been "123 cook for me." I love making my 6 month old son's baby food and so far he'll eat everything I make him. It gives me hope that he won't be a super picky eater.
