I just had a baby on Sept. 4, 2008. I gained from 145 to 227. I had alot of stretch marks due too fast gain weights. then now I lost 41 pounds after baby born. Last 2 weeks ago, I stopped at CVS and found there was a new CVS brand coconut butter oil. I tried that, it worked for me. it reduced alot of stretch marks and keep my skin smooth and firm skin. keep it daily.

Use Vitamin E Oil. Rub that on your stretch marks...it doesn't get them to go away completely but they help reduce and the feel of the stretch marks does disappear. I use it all the time. I am using it with this pregnancy and it is working to keep stretch marks from reappearing. Ask my husband...he said it the other day that they were disappearing. Just use plain vitamin e oil. You can find it at walmart in the oils sections.

Liquid vitamin E, applied directly to the stretch mark. You can either buy the gel capsuls of vit E, prick it w/a pin & squeeze the liquid onto the stretch mark..or I've also seen vit E sold just as a liquid at CVS in the vitamin aisle. Works great & they fade pretty quick...I've been doing it for 2 weeks now & they are significantly lighter.

Hi A.,
I know you posted this a while ago, but I use the Mary Kay Visibly Fit body lotion which reduces the stretch marks and helps smooths the skin. I love it! I started using it before I had my daughter, and the marks weren't as dark and they were in the beginning of the pregnancy. My skin felt alot softer too!

Hi A.,
I used vitamin E lotion and also melaleuca oil on mine while I was pregnant. I had no stretch marks. I don't know if that helps you now or not but I wanted to let you know for next time.
Also grapeseed and grapeskin extract restores elasticity to your skin and also helps with the internal elasticity, like your heart and arteries. The extract will give your skin the ability to stretch without tearing next go round!!!
Regards,
M.

Sorry, A., but stretchmarks are a part of pregnancy and they are here to stay. Making them less noticeable is all about you can hope for but they don't go away. Losing weight and getting a little tan will help reduce their appearance.
