Home Internet Based Positions
I am a SSAHM and I am looking for the opportunity to continue staying at home with my 3 1\2 yr old son. I have done many direct sales jobs from home and feel that I would be better with an internet based position. I am skeptical like many others and am having a hard time finding something that suits me. I see this question on here a few times and I looked into some of them but thought maybe there would be some new leads or someone who could let me know what worked for them, maybe share a story. anything would help. i appreciate your time and wish everyone an amazing day!!

I am a WAHM for about 10mths now and I can't imagine doing anything else right now. With my son being 2, I enjoy the fact that I can stay at home and still earn a pretty decent income. I work for a company called Teletech. You can go to www.teletech.com and then go to Hire Point and fill out an application. I'm not sure how the hiring process is right now, but seems as though they are constantly hiring new people. Also I'm part of www.workplacelikehome.com. It's pretty much like Mamasource and they have tons of companys listed on there with pro's and con's. I also do some contract work for www.acddirect.com. They take calls for PBS stations and non profit organizations and you can make pretty good money during the drives they have. You get paid by the minute and can basically make your own schedule, you sign up in 1 hour increments. I would highly suggest the worplacelikehome forum, because like I said, they have tons of resources there. Good luck...and remember, you shouldn't have to pay to work. ;)

I haven't tried this, but I did check it out and it's on the back burner in my brain for when I finally get more than 2 minutes at a time to myself (4 kids under 4 in the house right now:) ) Anyway, it's www.elance.com. I heard about it on a morning news talkshow when a personal finance advisor suggested it for a family who needed a few extra dollars each month. The nice thing is that you can do as much or as little as you want, and you can "bid" on jobs or have employers contact you. Check it out. It's a no money up front deal which made it extremely appealing idea to me. I hate putting money up front for something I'm not even sure is legit. The best thing about it (in my opinion) is that you can choose what you want to do. They have phone based jobs, sales, coordinating, writing, editing, graphic design, administrative, financial/bookkeeping, etc. I am planning on trying it out when I get a chance. The one thing I didn't like was how much time it took to get set up. However, I don't think it's any more or less than if you were compiling a resume or hunting for a job the "traditional" way anyway. It just seemed time consuming because time is not something I have a lot of these days. Good luck! I hope you find something that works well for you.

Hi J., I'm a mom to two teenage girls. We adopted our girls and it was a very long and costly process (almost 5 years) two lawyers in two states! We were in so much debt. I had to find a way to work from home to be there for the girls. Not an easy task looking for something REAL.
I am blessed to have found a great company and team. For the past 5 and a half years I've been building an amazing business from home. We are now debt free and have moved to a new home we built here in Montana.
I work on the internet using my home computer and telephone. I set my own hours and schedule.

I work for a company called ACS. They do hire at home keyers I'm not sure where you live you would have to check thier site to see if there are in your state. And once an at home position is posted they fill fast. I've with them for almost a year. And I love it.
