Home for Sale in Plano

I saw a similar post and thought I should try my luck as well! I have an incredible home to sell in Plano. It is 3625 square feet with 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, both formals, a study, a media room and a game room. It has granite countertops, an elaborate built-in entertainment center in the Family Room, Travertine floors throughout most of the downstairs and in all baths and too many other interior amenities to list. In the backyard, we have a lagoon-style black sand pool/spa with a stone waterfall, an 8" Board on Board fence with steel posts, a cedar arbor and still enough room for a dog run (which we use it as) or childrens' playground equipment. The active properties with pools in the neighborhood range in price from $289,900 - $549,900 (3200 square feet -4284 square feet)with the average being $357,416. We met with a realtor this past weekend who wanted to aggressively price our home at $329,900. We are willing to consider all reasonable offers, to save the hefty realtor commission and to avoid having people of all sorts trample through our home at any given time.
