I go to Dr.Umpai in Joliet on essington rd .Her phone number is ###-###-####.She delivered our twins by C section.She is funny,sweet ,and very experienced.I recommend her to everyone and was referred by a million moms who have been with her for years.Good Luck !

Central Dupage OBGYN Dr. Peter Weeks is one of the doctors there. He is great!! There are several offices and several doctors. One office is off of Rt. 59 and 103rd Street. I have been seeing them since 1997. I am currently having my 4th baby with them. They deliver at Edward Hospital, which is a great hospital. They deliver elsewhere too, but that is where I go. I agree with Lisa M. Dr. Peter Weeks of DuPage Medical Group is GREAT! I've recommended him time and time again. Great bedside manner but a real professional. Puts you right at ease from the moment he walks in the room. Listens attentively and is very thorough. Spends the time YOU need! He's great for gyn but for OB, you won't have him each time. You rotate dr's. Most of the dr's are really great. Good luck with your decision.

I have two little boys (2 1/2 and 14 1/2 months) and I LOVED all of the doctors in my OBGYN office. I do not know if you prefer male or femals, but this particular office is all female physicians and it is Women's Healthcare Associates. They have an office at Rush-Copley Hospital in Aurora and an office in Yorkville. My doctor was Tara Anderson and she was referred to me by a friend and I am soooo glad! Again, I had to meet with all of the doctors at one point or the other and I would have been comfortable with any of them had Dr. Anderson not been there for my delieveries...but she was, so it worked out well. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Naperville Women's Healthcare. It's right by Edward Hospital. The Hospital was also fantastic for both of my deliveries. I personally prefer Dr. Lucaric. Their phone is ###-###-####. They also have a high risk o.b. at the office and another physician that I have not met yet. The office treats you like family. I just love them!

Dr.Peter Weeks is the best OB/GYN and if you don't want a male MD there are many other MDs in the practice-but he is so great!!! He is so comforting, so smart, so funny, so kind! You will LOVE him. The staff is equally great. There are 1 maybe 2 MDs I'm not crazy about, but just don't schedule appts with them! His office is in Plainfield on Rt 59 between 95th St and 103th, in the Rolling Ridge Medical Center. FYI - he delivered 2 of my 3 children both my c-section and he is fantastic!!! Best of luck!

They have five doctors and several NP. I haven't met all the doctors yet, but am sure as I near the end of my pregnancy I will. Of the doctors I have met, the nurse staff, and the office staff they have been terrific. They deliver out of Edward's. I have not had any difficulty obtaining an appointment, I only had to wait a few minutes one time as they were running late and they told me that when I checked in, the nurses and doctors took ample time with me.

They are so much better than the practice I came from.

The name of the practice is Womens Health Care Associates. They have three offices. I live in Plainfield and usually go to there office on the 34(Ogden) in the Rush Copley Bldng. the # is ###-###-####. The Dr. that I see is Dr. Stephanie Simmons. My friend and I both think she is like a good friend. She makes you feel at ease.Shejust had her first baby about a year ago. There are at least 4 or 5 other drs. in the practice and they are all women.
Definitely give them a call asap.

I go to Edwards Women's Center. They have 3 offices. One at Hobson and Chicago (Naperville), one on Weber(my Meijer) (Bolingbrook) and one on 127th Street (between Rt 30 and 59(closer to Rt30)-Plainfield. It is by the new Edward immediate care building if you know where that is. They have 4 or 5 Drs and I think 3 Physician's assistants. My Dr. is Dr. Linda Anderson. Love her! Their # is ###-###-#### (Naperville) or ###-###-#### (Bolingbrook) just tell them you want to go to the Plainfield Office. I do not have the # for the Plainfield office, but you can call one of the other offices to make an appointment at the Plainfield Office. Good Luck! HTH

I agree with Maria. My doctor is Dr. Alexander at Women's Healthcare Associates out of Rush-Copley. All of the doctors are women and they all seemed very nice. I love Dr. Alexander! Also, their offices are right down the hall from labor and delivery at Copley. That was great for me becasue my water broke during a visit, so I just walked down the hall and was admitted.

Let me tell you, my doc was just amazing! Dr. Vienne in Morris, we are not far from Plainfield at all, depending on where you live, 15-20 minutes. I can't tell you how wonderful he and his staff are. He has one partener (who is also great) that I saw once just in case Dr. Vienne wasn't on call when I went into labor. Morris hospital also has very nice birthing suites, they are like very nice hotels...no kidding. I had a very tricky delivery, I'm so glad he was my doctor. I hope you will pick him to deliver your baby too!

I see Dr Russell Khater in Joliet. Dont' know if that is too far but he is awesome. He works out of St Joes in Joliet for deliveries and Silver cross too.
