Hi - what area are you in? If you describe what your computer is doing I might be able to guide you to resolve the issue, but if someone needs to go out to where your PC is at I would need to have an idea where you are so I could know if there's anyone in the area I could refer you to.

CompuNet Solutions, Inc. Call Scott LaFlamme ###-###-#### He is the most knowledge person I have ever met and charges a fair price. Came to my house one time and worked for about 3 hours, but said he would only charge me for 1 1/2 as he was just Testing out the computer the rest of the time. Tell him I gave you his name.
