I took permanent black ink (sharpe) out of a white sweatshirt w/ IMMACU-10. You cannot buy this in stores. It's enzyme based, NOT chemical. I use it on EVERYTHING! What city do you live in?

Hi...
I used to be a distributor for Melaleuca and they have this awesome product...Sol-u-mel. It gets permanent marker out and off just about anything.
Now that I'm no longer a distributor...I have been able to find it on eBay.
It seems a bit pricy...but a little goes a long way and 1 bottle could last a very long time.
Thanks!

Try Murphy's Oil Soap. It worked for dry erase marker. You could call Sharpie and see if they have a recommendation.

I have always used powder cascade in my washer for stains that wont come out. I used it to get out formula, spit up, etc and all I did was load the washer throw a cup of cascade in there , start it to agitate it some and then shut it off, let it sit over night then finished the cycle the next day. see if that helps, if not try WD-40, I hear that removes things too!

Have you tried alcohol? I've heard it works. I don't know if it will do anything to the pants, though. I haven't tried it myself. Good luck.

When my son did that I sprayed it with hair spray rubbed it then I put shout on it and washed it. it took a few times of this and it was out. don't put it in the dryer till you know for sure the stain is out. i would let it air dry in between washes.
good luck and hope this helps.

This is going to sound bizarre, but Lestoil works fairly well on ink. My husband learned it from his mom and while it won't get absolutely everything out, it gets out a lot of tough stains like grease and ink pretty well. Get a Q-tip and some Lestoil. (It's strong, it stinks, it's a chemical so use it very sparingly.) Rub it on the spot very carefully, don't saturate the surrounding area if you can avoid it. I usually treat both sides of the fabric. Let is sit for a few hours and then wash it again by itself. I think that the suggestion to let it soak overnight it a good one, too. Good luck!
