I was wearing acrylic nails for 5 years, I took them off 2 weeks ago, my nails hurts they are so thin, any suggestions. what to do any nail polish with vitamins, or any oral vitamin to help my poor nails. thanks.

Nailtek works wonders. They probably have it at your local nail salon. You put one coat on per day until day 7, and then clean them off and start over.
Unfortunatly the ridges have to grow out, but you can save your nails by putting hardeners on them. I had acrylic for 7 years, and am now acrylic free, with no ridges or pain, and my nails are twice as thick as they used to be. NAILTEK thank you!!!!!
If your nails grow naturally and you're trying to restore that try Nailtique you can get it at Sally's, Its a little pricey but it will grow your natural nail to acrylic strength.

I just had my acrylics taken off. Anytime I've done this in the past I would always get nail strengtheners and put that on them. This past time I just got the clear Sally Hanson 3 in 1 Professional Manicure and put it on a couple/few times a week. It's great! Seems to make my nails stronger and isn't as clumpy and gross as all of the strengtheners I've used. Good luck!
I have had my acrylics for 15 years and randomly take them off for a few months to let them breathe. I use a polish I get from Sally's that has garlic in it. I can't remember the name but it's only about $5. Good luck!
My doctor had to remove my big toe nail and told me to take Biotin, its a vitamin that suppose to help nail and hair growth. You can pick it up anywhere but I got mine at Kroger.

I take vitamins, they have Oligo in them & they work great. My nails are so strong, my mom complains that hers are to strong.
