Help My Bad Skin!!!

I use proactiv. I know some people don't like it, but it's worked for me. It's very mild and will take probably 2 months until your skin totally clears up. I think because I spend more $ on it I'm willing to stick to a routine, so I love it!

I feel your pain. I used to have the same problem only after I had my son. I also am the same way as far as patients goes when you want something to work now! A friend of mine introduced me to Arbonne skin care. I don't know if you have ever heard of it, but it took two days to see visable difference. Have you tried Mary Kaye products? I have been using them for a while and my skin really became a lot clearer! The problem is that they cost a little bit more than drug store stuff and I'm in between jobs so I had to start using Aveeno. It also works really well!

The last dermotologist I went to told me I did not need moisturizer and that taking my makeup off with Cetaphill in the evening and using Oxy 10 on my face in my morning shower would be sufficient and it has worked for me. I do not have to do a lot of work.

i also have this problem since i got pregnant and gave birth. so far nothing has worked. i am going to try proactive, everyone i have talked to about it says that it is really good. have you tried it yet?

I am a wellness consultant with Nikken. There is a skin care system that I started using. It uses natural extracts and such.

After many years at the Dermatologist and lots of money spent on scripts, I gave biore a try and have had better luck than the script stuff. I like the ice face wash and the triple action astringent. All found at target! Dr. told me to use over the counter stuff with salicylic acid. It is rather drying in the winter months so I just make sure to use moisturizer AM and PM. My Dr. also told me to only use neutrogena make-up or the mineral based stuff like Jane iradale (sp?) or bare minerals...which I have loved!
being an adult with acne is a pain in the butt!
