More info needed.

If he didn't go to preschool or daycare before starting kindergarten, this is normal. It sucks, but it's normal.

Healthy diet, wash hands often, plenty of sleep.

This is why God invented Pediatricians. 😉

Can you give more info?
What kind of "sick"?
Symptoms?
Same thing again & again?
Is he in Kindergarten?
Has he seen a doctor?

This is your first post on Mamapedia so we don't know anything about you, your son, his history. Please provide more info. By "sick", what do you mean? How often, with what? Is he in school? Have you already been to the doctor with some of these issues, and what was said or prescribed? I'm sorry - we will help you but this question is just to vague for us to know where to start. Let us know what you've done and experienced up to this point.

Take your son to his pediatrician.

If you have made several trips to the pediatrician with no specific answers and your son is still getting sick, you need to ask the pediatrician what to do next---perhaps getting referrals to specialists or second opinions.

What is he always getting sick with?

Is he in daycare full time, or in school?

Unfortunately, if he is in daycare or school full time, he is going to pick up all the viruses that the other kids spread around.......

Talk to his doctor if you feel there are other issues.

I assume since you didn't say my kindergartner that means he might not be in school yet. If he's not in school yet and you haven't just moved to this area of the state or some other thing that would introduce his system to a lot of new things then he might need to be seen by a different doc.

BUT it also depends on his symptoms. If he's suddenly started having diarrhea every single day for months and months then he needs a doc. If he's puking every day same advice.

If he has a runny nose every day he might need an antihistamine. Same if he's coughing every day.

There are so many different symptoms that you could mean. Please do be more specific.
